1. Platform Role

Qaraye Marchants is a discovery and listing platform connecting agricultural merchants with buyers.

2. Mandatory Purchases Through Admin

For your safety and protection, all purchases must be completed through Qaraye Marchants Admin. This ensures buyer protection, verified transactions, and dispute resolution.

Any purchase made outside of Qaraye Marchants Admin is not the liability of Qaraye Marchants. We cannot assist with disputes, fraud, or losses arising from off-platform transactions.

3. No Direct Contact Sharing

All buyer-seller communication must go through Qaraye Marchants. Users may not post phone numbers, emails, or external contact information in listings, bios, or comments.

4. Verification Responsibility

Buyers should verify product quality through our admin team. Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings.

5. Limitation of Liability

Qaraye Marchants is not liable for any loss, damage, or dispute arising from transactions conducted outside our platform-administered process.
